After nearly 20 years of delivering continued innovation to our retail partners it’s fair to say that the current accelerated pace of transformation in the industry is beyond anything we have experienced before.

?The arrival of Covid-19 was the catalyst and activity has continued to ramp up ever since. With increasing overheads due to factors like inflation, business rates, labour and energy costs, the trading environment is incredibly tough right now. At rascal, much of what we do is focused on helping to mitigate these risks by enabling retail efficiency.

?We believe in the power of data and tech to transform businesses and the lives of the colleagues working in them for the better. This belief gives us our focus and passion for progression.

?Over the summer we have reflected on who we are and how our solutions can serve retailers seeking efficiency and growth.
