The object of privatization is  two-storey non-residential building with total area of 453.4 square meters, including: the basement area of 55.6 square meters, ground floor area of 199.4 square meters, second floor area of 198.4 sq.m.

The object is not included in  authorized capital of JSC "Poltavakonditer" during the privatization of state property leased enterprise Poltava confectionery and is currently on the balance sheet of JSC "Poltavakonditer."
