Welcome to my new photo series which I’ve entitled #suffolkfolkphoto. Why Suffolkfolk? It gives me the brilliant opportunity to get to know and photograph a wide variety of the county's more colourful, go-getting, influential and interesting characters associated with the beautiful county of Suffolk. 

This is a new concept and one that I've been aiming to do for the last couple of years but because of work commitments I haven't been able to find the time to commit to this project.

Personal projects are essential for me to keep a nice balance between my professional work and my more creative projects. This project will primary consist of environmental portraiture and other imagery which intendeds to tell the story and character of the each if my subjects. I've had the pleasure in meeting an eclectic range of people over my few short years of living in Suffolk, so this is my tribute to the people of the county. I'm not sure where it will all end up, but I'm already enjoying meeting new people who've all agreed to take part in this project.
