【Introduction】

Weak cationic Pearl Softener CTS is polymer lipid softener.

【Advantage】

【Basic Character】

Appearance: beige pearl

Ionic: weak cationic

【Application】

Cotton fabric, linen fabric, denim

【Usage amount for reference 】

Diluted method: CTS: 100kg

Water: 900kg

Diluted process: (1) add 400kg into reactor, and heat to 55~65℃;

(2) add CTS with stirring for 30 mins;

(3) after swelling, add rest water, and filter

CTS diluted emulsion (10% solid content)

(1) Dipping Process: 5~10% (o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process: 20~60g/l

Mixed with high concentrated fuzzing agent:

CTS(10%)：fuzzing agent=90:10

Mixed with silicone softener:

CTS (10%): silicone softener=60:40

Note: For specific use, please handle according to the situation of the sample.
