ADVANTICS Unveils New EV Charging Product Series

[France, February 20th 2025] – ADVANTICS is thrilled to introduce its latest line of high-power EV charging solutions, featuring the world’s first MCS ready, open-market power converters.

The new ADB Series is a system of stackable power modules for DC Fast Charge stations to support CCS, NACS, and MCS charging standards, as well as various energy storage system applications and industrial power systems. Its no-compromises design is fully sealed and liquid cooled to ensure the highest levels of reliability in any operating environment. From corrosive coastal regions, to the humid tropics, to scorching hot deserts, to the frigid arctic, it can handle them all.

50kW AC/DC Isolated Power Converter V2G (ADB-PC-CH01)

This all-in-one module outputs up to 50kW at 950Vdc or 140A, whichever comes first. It works with standard 400/480Vac 50/60Hz grid connections. The reinforced isolation stage creates separation between AC and DC sides for additional safety and regulatory compliance.

As a bi-directional converter, it can be used in vehicle to grid applications common in fleets or stationary storage.

It also includes dual dispenser outputs so system integrators can optimize the power flow to each vehicle through power shuffling.

Power modules are easily stackable to reach MW power levels.

100kW AC/DC Active Front End (ADB-PC-AC01)

The 100kW AC/DC active front end contains integrated features such as AC mains management and grid code integration. It features an extremely wide output voltage/current range, reactive power control, and common DC link bus for distributed DC-coupled systems.

100kW 1500V Isolated DC/DC Converter (ADB-PC-DC01)

The ADM-PC-DC01 is the first product on the market specifically designed to be MCS (Megawatt Charging System) compliant. Supporting the full 200V-1500V output voltage range (R-MCS), and paralleling up to 6MW.

As part of the no compromises ethos, the ADB-PC-DC01 is designed to fulfill the latest IEC 61851-23-3 standard. This includes voltages up to 1500V, isolation, and Y capacitance requirements.

• Ultra High Efficiency: Power modules are based on industry leading SiC switching technology which enables peak efficiency of 97%, as well as very flat efficiency curve across wide loads. System integrators can realize a reduction in cooling system size and system operators will appreciate the reduced operating costs.
