Speciality & Fine Food Fair returns to Olympia London on 11-12 September to celebrate the latest new products, initiatives and trends in the world of food & drink.??
This year's event is centred around all things new and will see a wide array of new product launches from food & drink brands of all sizes.
Visitors will have the chance to explore the Start-Up Village and discover innovative new food & drink brands, plus the Drinks Cabinet will be fully stocked with delicious new drinks products.

Baklava by Ibadah London
Sample delicious confectionery from this multi-award-winning gift food & lifestyle brand based in London's East End.
Truffle Guys Ltd
Truffle Guys is a brand dedicated to making quality truffle products attainable by everyone. At the Fair this year they'll be launching their exciting new truffle hot sauce, which is also shortlisted in the Speciality & Fine Food Fair Awards!
Diviners Distillery
New to the UK, Diviners Distillery presents its two flagship gins: Apparition and Outlier. Hand-crafted in small batches, they blend only the finest Australian botanicals with the mastery of cold vacuum distillation, unlocking deeper, more refined flavours that traditional methods can’t reach. They like to think of it as distilling in the space between science and art.

Startup jelly brand CHO26 takes pride in its crafted jelly cocktails made from natural ingredients. The jelly cocktails, which include flavours such as negroni, old-fashioned (pictured), roasted apple sangria, passion fruit martini and wild berry & peanut butter, are vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.??
Stag
Based on the Isle of Lewis, Stag Bakeries is a family-run bakery with a heritage dating back to 1885. Traditional recipes and time-honoured methods are still at the heart of each product their team of skilled craft bakers make.
Stag specialises in producing premium bakery snack products such as savoury biscuits, cheese straws, traditional Scottish shortbread, and speciality fruit cakes. Each product is made using the finest ingredients and nothing is rushed. The result is an award-winning product range trusted on quality and provenance.
The company’s newest range of products is Hebridean Baker biscuits, six flavours of Oaties and Shortbread launched in 2022.
Arna Falco
From their busy little factory in Valencia, Spain, Arna Falco make a range of delicious toffee, chocolate and cocoa-based products that incorporate tiger nut for a greater depth of flavour and added functional benefit.
Their goal is simple: to wake the world up to the delicious combination of tiger nut and chocolate, and other adventurous lesser-known Mediterranean flavours.???
