For our Group Marketing Communications Team, which is working based on a Corporate Newsroom concept, we are looking for two MarCom Topic Managers responsible for the coordination between division(s), GSC, CorpCom, etc.
These Topic (or Key Account) Managers must be involved in the development of new campaigns and material from the very beginning.
- MarCom Topic Managers are dedicated to their Key Accounts
- Substitution during vacation and sick leave covered by Group MarCom or MarCom Topic Manager (only as exception)
- MarCom Topic Manager are (physically) close to their stakeholders
- Internal Communication (e.g. SYST/SERV Update, Newsletters, etc.) are supported and executed by MarCom Topic Manager
- They consult their account, and execute within their abilities – and use the resources of the Group MarCom Organization before sourcing out
- Consultation, information-sharing and alignment with the other MarCom Topic Manager to maximise value of marketing efforts for all divisions and BC overall

The Marketing Communications Topic Manager oversees marketing and communications projects of defined key accounts in the BC organization. He/she manages communications projects with stakeholders across the organization
- Project Management of communication projects
- Provide support and consultation to internal stakeholders
- Consolidate and translate requests of internal clients into projects
- Define projects together and manage these projects in our standard tools
- Manage external suppliers if services can't be rendered by internal resources
- Keep communication team members up-to-date on project progress
- Ensure strategy implementation and alignment
- Control and manage budget and organization of production activities and resources
- Analysis and reporting of defined KPIs for each project (project triangle: budget, time, goal/scope) to improve results
- Consultation, information-sharing, and alignment with the other Topic Managers to maximize value of marketing efforts for all divisions and BC overall, and ensure "one voice"
- Support of internal Global Service Center (GSC) MarCom Team day-to-day projects
- Support with texting and copy writing
- Support of Internal Communication (e.g., Division Head Update, Newsletters, etc.)
- Collaboration on Corporate projects, e.g., Annual Report, Website
?Expertise you have to bring in along with;
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Experience within a project management, communications, or marketing environment with a proven track record, showing both, personal and professional development. A plus would be experience in an agency setting
- Experience in the production and distribution of MarCom materials
- Extensive knowledge of channels (Social Media, Print, Web, Events, PR, etc.), their characteristics and peculiarities
- Understanding of MarCom asset production e.g., video, PR, brochures, websites
- Having a sense for the business and economic feasibilities of our industry
- At home in multidisciplinary, multicultural, internationally oriented (B2B) environment
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Very good communication skills in English (presenting, writing, personal contact) a must; other languages are a plus
- Microsoft 365 applications, Digital marketing tools, Project Management tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience is required
