We are excited to bring a webinar on New PMBOK 7th Edition, with world renounced ATP certified PMP Trainer Oliver F. Lehmann. I received many inquiries about changes to PMBOK and New PMP Exam, to satisfy that growing demand we decided to organize this webinar for everyone who would like to know more about these topics. One of the positives of this COVID-19 pandemic is we became savvier in virtual program delivery and we can bring speakers with global flavor. Oliver F. Lehmann, MSc, ACE, PMP, trainer from Munich, Germany has done a vast amount of studies and research in the field of Project Business Management. He has two decades of experience as a volunteer with PMI Global and a Past President of the PMI Southern Germany Chapter. He is also the co-founder and President of the Project Business Foundation.

The new Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide?), 7th Edition, brings fundamental changes to this global standard. Since the first edition from 1996, changes came about every four years and were evolutionary. This change is revolutionary. The document is moving from a process-based approach to one based on principles and outcomes. The knowledge areas of the previous six editions will be replaced with performance domains that respond to the more situational challenges that project managers and their teams are facing today.

The talk will focus on these differences and what they mean for the application of the PMBOK Guide in daily practice, but also for exam preparation, in particular for the Project Management Professional (PMP?)
