Classroom Monitor are pleased to announce that we have collaborated with Fieldwork Education to develop an enhanced online assessment platform to complement the IPC Assessment for Learning programme.
The IPC Assessment for Learning programme supports teachers in assessing, and children in self-assessing their progress against the IPC Learning Goals through teacher rubrics, children’s rubrics and learning advice.
Classroom Monitor brings the IPC assessment programme to life by allowing every teacher to capture, record and evidence learning as it happens in the classroom, including photos, videos, sound clips or notes and linked to the IPC rubrics. Classroom Monitor then produces simple reports to engage pupils, parents and inform teacher planning.
“Classroom Monitor shares our philosophy around holistic, formative assessment so we were able to collaborate to create an effective platform that is easy for teachers to use. We’re really excited to be able to offer this new platform to our member schools,” says Sarah Brown, Head of IPC.
IPC Classroom Monitor will be available to purchase to IPC member schools and accessible through the IPC Member’s Lounge.
