Chase New Homes have obtained an amended planning permission for the re-development of the former PB Donoghue Waste Management site on Claremont Road, Cricklewood; to provide much-needed new homes within the Brent Cross Town Regeneration Area.
Our scheme for 251 new homes comprises a mix of one, two and three-bed apartments in three separate blocks, including a stand-alone block of 38 affordable homes comprising 24 no. Affordable Rent and 14 no. Shared Ownership Homes. We are in early contract negotiations with a preferred, Registered Partner for the affordable package, and aim to conclude this soon.
All apartments will benefit from private outdoor amenity space in the form of terraces or balconies.?Public outdoor spaces will also be provided throughout the site within an attractive and open landscaped setting. The designs of our buildings take inspiration from traditional mansion blocks mixed with the modern London vernacular, to create a cohesive development that has a sense of place, integrates into the local street scene and which will stand the test of time.
The proposed regeneration of this former brownfield site with new, family focused homes, has benefited from significant local support and includes wider design and landscaping improvements to the adjacent Millennium Green Public Open Space, for our future residents and wider community to enjoy.
