Commonwealth Lewisport in Kentucky, U.S.A. recently awarded a new Pit Type Furnace for aluminium rolling slabs to Gautschi after an extensive pre-engineering phase by the companies. The furnace will be installed in an existing pit and offers the highest standards of energy consumption, emission parameters and product homogenizing accuracy. The furnace is planned to become operational at the end of 2023.
