On new paths

Dear colleagues, companions,


after a little more than 6 years at KAEFER and after more than 21 years of international business, during which I spent a lot of time at airports and in hotels, it is time for me to go new ways.
I have decided to turn my back on international business and spend more time with my family. Therefore, I will move to another company on 01.09. in a national, location-based function.


I would like to thank you all for the trust you have placed in me and the good cooperation.


Together we have achieved a great deal, for example the sustained reduction in the number of accidents (to a level never seen before in the Group's history), the development and global implementation of our Safety Culture System, the further development into a global corporate culture, projects for standardization with global purchasing, global communication campaigns, a new reporting system and much more.


Thanks to all the regional managers, general managers and division managers who supported us in implementing these programs.
