New Partner Joins Pawling Firm to Focus on Labor and Employment Law

Jonathan Bardavid has joined Daniels, Porco & Lusardi, LLP as a partner. Daniels, Porco & Lusardi is a mid-Hudson Valley general practice law firm serving clients across New York and Connecticut, with offices in Pawling, NY; Carmel, NY; and Westport, CT.

Jonathan will focus his practice on labor and employment law. He previously worked as an associate at Trivella & Forte, LLP; Wiggin and Dana, LLP; and Storch Amini & Munves P.C; as well as in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department as an Assistant Corporation Counsel.

Jonathan brings substantive experience in labor and employment law to the firm, including representing unionized companies in all aspects of the collective bargaining relationship; providing guidance to organization executives and human resource directors on subjects such as compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination laws and how to effectively manage risk and avoid legal and regulatory problems. Jonathan has represented both individuals and employers through all stages of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, in Federal and State Court and before administrative agencies. In addition to employment related litigation, Jonathan also regularly assists clients with corporate and transactional disputes and has significant Federal and State court trial experience.

Jonathan received his J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
