With Robert Bonneau, my fellow parity committee co-chair at #LaGouvernanceauFeminin and Deputy Marie-Jo Zimmermann, whose law voted in France in January 2011 aimed at 40% representation of women on Boards in public listed companies. Since the law was adopted, the average rate has reached 41.9% (out of 518 Board positions, 217 are held by women). Hope that our new parity label will pave the way in Canada.
