New in our BluuCrew: Foresea
We kicked off March with the introduction of a new team in our BluuCrew, because from the first of March Foresea was founded. Gerrit Bosma and Jeroen Broekema started Foresea at InBluu, the Dutch part of our digital ecosystem. In case your eager to find out more about what there up to, u’re at the right place, because we spoke with both managing partners about their experience, plans and ambitions.
Hi, Gerrit and Jeroen. We’re Bluu. Who are u?
My name is Gerrit, I live in Ureterp with my wife and 2 kids and I have a background in field service with more than 20 years of experience. And I’m Jeroen, I have the same experience in field service as Gerrit and I live in Groningen, where we will be located with Foresea as well. We’re looking to move into our new offices at? De Ommelanden, a beautiful old milk factory in Groningen in April.
We’ve known each other for as long as we’re active in our branch. Since we have complementary skills we’re the perfect team. Because of our experience, we have a specific view on field service. And that’s how we came up with the idea to found Foresea. And in doing so we finally fulfill our mutual wish of entrepreneurship.?

What will Foresea be doing?
Foresea wants to facilitate better service. We help service organizations with digitizing and improving their service processes, offering better services to their customers. We think of service as a defining element of customer experience, so we want to make our clients stay relevant in order to maintain premium customer contacts. We believe that our experience in combination with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform will offer service organizations the right tools to upgrade their level of service, providing them with a bright future.?

What is your ambition?
We want to make Foresea the service provider for service organizations within three years. We’ll be doing this with a team of ambitious, inspired and experienced professionals in optimizing service processes. We believe people make the difference in taking service organizations to the next level. That’s why we want to help in creating connected customers.?
How does this ambition connect with current innovation in your field?
Innovative technologies such as IoT and AI are useful in supporting service organizations.
The world is changing at an incredible pace, thus your customers do as well. They have increasing demands with regard to the level of service provision. For instance, they want a personalized service and don’t take it when installations malfunction. Innovative technologies such as IoT and AI are useful in supporting service organizations. IoT for instance,? allows u to receive real time information about a device from clients, enabling u to react quickly to or even prevent possible problems. By means of AI, it’s possible to analyze customer interaction to improve your customer experience or proactively address clients.?
How did u end up at Bluu?
We know Jan Brouwer (MP, InBluu) and he introduced us to InBluu and the digital ecosystem of De Cronos Groep. The reach of the organization is enormous and with more than 1500 Microsoft professionals we have all the knowledge and experience we need to offer the best MS solutions to our clients.
