Over the past 12 months, Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) has worked hard to capture NSWC Crane’s pending Command-wide IT services contract, and we’ve been talking to many of the incumbents. If you reside in Southern Indiana, you may have noticed our billboard near NSWC Crane on Interstate 69.?

On Friday, December 10, NSWC Crane announced that their Command-wide IT services solicitation will be set aside for small business.

MAJOR IMPACT: The large-business incumbent is not eligible to compete.
