Hello friends! Ai-Thinker's new product - AiPi is coming~ It focuses on open source hardware, and discovers more interesting and fun new things!

Today, we released the fresh development board products AiPi-Eyes-S1 and AiPi-Eyes-S2. Let’s go~


Let’s take a look at the origin of AiPi-Eyes-S1 and AiPi-Eyes-S.

AiPi-Eyes-S1 is a development board specially designed by Ai-Thinker Open Source Team for Ai-M61-32S, which supports WiFi6 and BLE5.3. The Ai-M61-32S module equipped has rich peripheral interfaces, including DVP, MJPEG, Dispaly, AudioCodec, USB2.0, SDU, Ethernet (EMAC), SD/MMC (SDH), SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPADC, ACOMP, GPIO, etc.

AiPi-Eyes-S1 integrates SPI screen interface, DVP camera interface, external ES8388 audio codec chip and reserved TF deck, and leads out USB interface, which can be connected to USB camera.

AiPi-Eyes-S2 is smaller than AiPi-Eyes-S1 and has one less set of audio channels because it uses a built-in audio circuit.

SPI touch screen interface

The SPI screen interface is connected by 30PIN FPC row seat, and the factory is adapted to GC9307N color screen + CHSC6540 touch screen, and the driver program has been written.
