New oil & gas well services tender in Ukraine

On 8 February 2022 JSC?"Ukrgasvydobuvannya" announced the new tender for the services for the capital repair of oil and gas wells at the fields of JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya". All the information in Ukrainian is available here: https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2022-02-08-005987-b.
?The tender is divided into 10 lots with the price cap at the level of UAH 236,520,000.00 (USD 8,460,200.00) including VAT for each lot. The minimum step decrease is UAH 4,730,400.00 (USD 169,204.00). The bid bond for each of 10 lots is UAH 23,652,000.00 (USD 846,020.00).
?The proposals in Ukrainian or with translation into Ukrainian are accepted until 12 March 2022 (3 p.m. Kyiv time).
?It is possible to receive official replies on tender from JSC?"Ukrgasvydobuvannya" until 2 March 2022.
?The place of services provision is Kharkiv and Poltava region.
?The participants will compete based on price at the auction. The winner will be the company offering the lowest price. The tender documentation stipulates the minimum requirements for participants on number of employees, qualifications of these employees, availability of machinery, received permits from the relevant state authorities in Ukraine, etc. It is possible to provide services by a participant itself or a participant with subcontractors or the association of participants.
?The winner should provide the performance bond in a form of bank guarantee / standby letter of credit or the amount of 5% of the total value of the procurement contract.
?The services should be provided until 31 December 2025.
