Why there's a new email name for my newsletter email address (due to industry requirements)
According to an article posted in my newsletter's knowledge base on 1/8/24, Google and Yahoo recently announced that they are implementing new authentication requirements for all email senders (this month) to improve deliverability and prevent spam. The changes were made to assist with protecting users against fraudulent messages (for example, scams and phishing attempts) and will prevent any emails sent from unauthenticated email addresses from reaching the recipient's email inbox.
As a result, to ensure my email is "authenticated" and therefore has a higher probability of ensuring delivery success to Google and Yahoo email account holders (and others in general), my new email address that you'll see for my newsletter is: "[email protected]". Please ensure that you save this new authenticated email address for my newsletters (my regular business email is still the same which is: [email protected]), but saving my newsletter email address "[email protected]" as a preferred email sender will ensure that I don't end up in your "Spam", "Promotions" or "Update" folders ("Update" folders is common with Gmail email) and will instead end up in your email inbox.
