NEW MOMS' RECIPE

KICK START YOUR FRESH MORNINGS WITH REDBANANA that supports in healing of your uterus as well as helps in recovery of constipation after delivery without hemorrhoids caused usually in new moms.

Ingredients Type 1:

  1. Red bananas (2 ripe)
  2. Coconut milk (1 cup)
  3. Honey or maple syrup (1spoon)
  4. Nuts-walnuts
  5. oats
  6. Cinnamon (a pinch, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the red bananas and place them in a blender.
  2. Add coconut milk and honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  3. Blend until smooth together.
  4. For a refreshing twist, sprinkle some nuts and add a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Serve chilled/Hot.


Ingredients Type 2:

MOTHERSCHOICEE REDBANANA LATTE DRINK

DIRECTION- Morning ,Evening One tablespoon mix cup of hot milk/warm water.
