New model of gel reactor suits one capsulator and this reactor has volume of 50 liters

That’s why, if you need to buy one capsulator, then for a continuous process of encapsulation during 24 hours you need a model of reactor with volume of 50 liters. If you need to buy 2 capsulators, we may provide you a reactor with volume of 100 liters except 2 reactors with volume of 50 liters.

Speaking about the construction of reactor: the heating system varies from 0 – 100 degrees. Inside the engine of reactor there are blades which stir gel and then this gel gets from reactor into tank of capsulator. Operator can prepare a new portion of gel at the end of the work shift for the next day, so that this work could be done in advance with no waste of time.

Reactor is made of stainless steel from AISI 304, and everything which is in contact with a product is made of AISI 316, which corresponds to GMP standard. Control Unit of reactor regulates stirring speed of blades, necessary temperature and heating control.

There is also a window with illumination in reactor for you to see the content, how much gel is left and if it’s stirred well. Our reactor has got wheels for comfortable moving. Speaking about the type of power. We may provide you with any standard of electrical power: from 110 volts to 220 volts.

We’ve developed our own model of reactor for this full automatic line and worked everything out, so that this model of reactor completely coincided with our technology. All devices of our automatic line are specially developed by ourselves according to all standards and options for the most optimal work of our line in an automatic scheme.According to the formulas that we provide, it is necessary to get special ingredients, weigh certain portions and then a machine automatically performs a process of gel boiling.
