When maintaining butterfly and gate valves they are usually tested on a control and shut-off valve test bench or on safety valve test benches with a head beam. However, when it comes to production testing such approach is not sufficient at all. The butterfly valve test bench series BV is designed to meet highest efficiency and best test results for manufacturers' production end tests.

- DN 50 / 2" up to DN 500 / 20"

- Easy loading with swiveling sealing plates

- Air test up to 87 psi / 6 bar 

- Seal leakage test with integrated bubble counter

- Shell test with water up to 870 psi / 60 bar

- Visual seat leakage test is possible

- Easy change of valve diameter without changing sealing plates
