• Leadership section is now only available to certain staff members so privacy is also taken into consideration.

Simple & Time Saving

Finding the correct placement when accepting young people is key. To simplify this task, we have now included a tool that automatically matches a potential young person based on known risks and the possible impact in the home and on other residents.

Matching?

Known risks can be chosen from our pre-applied list or?alternatively you can create your own. We have also made changes to the impact score system, once each risk is scored it will show how many residents who’s risks are on par or above that young person. This highlights the number of?residents?that are not as much of a high risk. Once completed, a?match summary will be populated & can assist to inform you whether?you have?a potential match or not.

Risk Assessments No Longer Need Re Uploading

In addition to this we have developed a way in which, once a pending match has been accepted, all of your risk assessments can be transferred directly to the young persons new profile. We believe this new tool will provide a systematic approach to matching and risk assessing young people.
