New Management Tools

The integral approach is based on deriving benefit from our good human connection. You may read the following and think that you already have good connections in your company. But they are limited, because no other method in the world teaches how to use the human ego in a more beneficial manner. No other method even takes the human ego into account, because no one really understands the true nature of the human ego and what it's designed for. Without this new awareness it will be impossible to amplify our human abilities and learn to succeed at a new level. This awareness, and willingness to undergo this transition, is what will differentiate successful companies from the rest in the near future.

Leaders need to be brought to the understanding that their organizations must get an example from the most natural form - the family. I know that's a worn out slogan at this point that mainly meant lots of company activities and perks. But now we're going to learn to do it the right way. Because without the concept of family, our human society will cease to exist. We need to use this as an example. Just like we say "no man is an island", now we'll also add that no entity can thrive if it's only based on hierarchy. We need something to work against and that's what the integral approach enables. On the one hand we have the hierarchy with our titles and abilities, and on the other integral thinking where we're all equally important. The key to success lies in understanding how these two methods complement each other.

At the end of the day we need to see the entire world as a single entity, and are approaching this now. The way a family functions is the healthiest and most advanced form for guaranteeing our existence and success. Just like everyone has their place in the family and things get done by being stern at times and soft at others, there is this feeling of belonging to a special place. That same sense of belonging needs to be established in a company, so that we see how the key to our success is in learning to thrive together. Integral discussions and workshops are all about creating this warm atmosphere where we all look after one another. We get our examples from this environment, and are motivated to implement these examples.

Setting The Stage for Success

The managers that are higher up, are more knowledgeable professionally and know how to look after people. They must present themselves as lower so as to serve others. This is how we create the right conditions for this new environment we all get our strength and inspiration from.?

The entire team will be conditioned to make integration a top priority, where they'll understand what managers want even before an order is given. There is no criticism but the work gets done correctly. The whole point is to demonstrate how social change makes everything more beneficial.

How will this happen? Employees will get close to the managers through the integral sessions, and through this new emotional connection with the manager they can receive intelligent commands and understand them. There is a saying in Hebrew, “The heart understands.” Meaning I can understand with emotions what my brain doesn’t get. Just like some people can sense the future.

A More Beneficial Way To Manage People

Our emotional system and intelligence system are two separate systems - but when they complement each other, the result is a very powerful synergy.

The idea behind introducing the integral method is to show managers how investing in human connection, in the development of our human relationships - saves a lot of redundant moves in the long run.?And this will make it far easier to manage everyone.

The more everyone is on the same page, thinking and feeling the same things, have the same understanding of things - the greater their integration will give them a sense of what the manager needs. Employees won’t be as smart as the manager but will have an in-depth understanding of why the manager is giving certain orders. They will be able to justify the manager's demands, so there will be much less resistance. Internally, team members will know what’s going on and this will prevent a great deal of redundancy.?

Integral Workshops

The integral activities present participants with challenges, which force them to develop emotions that will increase their intelligence together. What are the means they have for solving the problem? They can only solve the challenge through their social connection. Unlike other methods, they can not apply any other resources to solve the challenge such as money, professional input, software, etc. The idea is to acquire a new level of group intelligence through which they’ll be able to reach a new level of production. In a warm atmosphere where they understand one another, and sense what the other needs; with this enhanced emotional intelligence they become stronger than before and can solve things faster than the manager can on his/her own. They’ll develop so much that they'll recommend what needs to be done instead of waiting for the manager to tell them what to do.

Employee Workshops

In an employee workshop the participants are encouraged to discuss a certain challenge, and take as much time as they need to solve it. Even if they do this for an hour or two every day, in the long run it will save the company a great deal of resources, because they'll come up with solutions that would have never been reached under normal circumstances. The manager listens in to these discussions and that also provides him with new ideas. When people are going through this interaction amazing things come out. With these types of sessions we can solve anything.

It's impossible for managers to apply the integral approach without experiencing it themselves. They need to acquire a sense that they can solve anything through enhancing social connection. The goal of all these activities is always to awaken new emotions. Everyone contributes how they feel the challenge can be solved from a social standpoint - and this forces them to tap into their emotions. The unique aspect of the method is connecting to this group intelligence - this common mind we form through these activities. Since we’re working against the ego, we're actually raising ourselves above the disconnection and hierarchy that’s between us. We’re all compromising our individual perspective and this causes us to begin appreciating others more as a result. We're we’re creating a new entity above the thing separating us, which provides us with a source for getting this new filling. We’re accelerating our development together. Instead of getting it in a few years - we’re getting it now.

The Next Stage of Our Evolution

The boss used to just tell people what to do. No one asked anyone what they thought. Eventually people understood that slavery wasn’t working so they started paying wages. Instead of having to look after every aspect of their lives, they just paid them money to work. This is how we developed over time. Not by being drawn to love or democracy - but simply because it’s more beneficial.

Who would have thought 30 years ago that we need to provide employees with all kinds of perks? But we see it’s worth it because this is more beneficial. The same concept applies here. We all understand the need to improve society. The trend we see is that the greater the emotional connection between people at work - the greater the results. So if we take the time to invest in teaching people how to create this good connection above the ego, then we’ll get good results. It’s like we’re fast-forwarding five years and this puts us ahead of our competitors. So of course this makes us more successful.

Benefits of Accessing Our Common Mind

The common mind is gradually revealed through all these activities because we're learning to go above our ego, and this provides us with a higher level of intelligence.

How do we define success? That we're creating something new above our average human potential. Where does it come from? Precisely from taming our ego and connecting properly with others.

Why do we even have wisdom? Because we're egoists. If we weren't, we would behave instinctively like animals. Animals don't make any mistakes they're connected to nature. People make mistakes because our ego takes us further away from our instincts, and divides us. This division causes us to make mistakes. If we were connected properly we wouldn't make mistakes. The ego creates an emotional void between us. If we seal this void using mutual emotions such as treating others with consideration, then the connection becomes stronger. And we become smarter, and begin to have an understanding of the interdependent system we're part of and how it operates. So we see that the division we're experiencing everywhere in society today, can be used to propel us to the next level of our connection. The division can be used to amplify our human abilities.

Our ego is what distanced us from nature, and now our good connection brings us back to it. And at this higher level, our common mind becomes filled with nature's knowledge and intelligence. When we use it we can't go wrong. We'll always make the right decisions.
