New look, but still the same people and passion.

New look, but still the same people and passion.

Rebranding is a curious thing. When we started RPNA we began by saying we would focus on what matters. What mattered at the time was getting started. So, with a £5 logo downloaded from the internet, and a name derived from the initials of the founders we just got started.

Even when launching at pace, we did put a little thought into things. The order of our initials was one…because we don’t make cameras that read number plates. We also chose a maze as the logo with a nod to helping others navigate complexity. ?But that was it in terms of branding.

We gave a lot of thought to our brand though. By “our brand” we mean the way we work, the way we engage, the effort we put in, and the results we deliver. That was really important, and we spent a lot of time talking about what we wanted to be known for. Our brand remains therefore, the most important part of our identity…and it won’t be changing. ?

We will remain Values Driven, People Focussed & Technology Enabled.

What is changing?

Over our first 18 months we have won new customers who have trusted us with further work, formed new partnerships with people as committed to excellence as us, and expanded our permanent team and our associate base with some brilliant people.

As a result, we thought we’d circle back to make some changes to our branding to ensure that it communicates the depth and breadth of who we are becoming.

As we thought about our ambition, we could see that this was a natural evolution. A move to new colours and a new logo, but retaining the same commitment to developing brilliant leaders, improving wellbeing, designing fantastic transformation programmes, enabling service delivery with technology and people strategy. Generally solving problems for our customers.

We gave the brilliant team at Potting Shed a brief to develop branding that reflected the values we hold, the way we want to work, the type of customers and employees that we want to attract, and the purpose driven markets we work in. They have given us a beautiful design for our website and a great new logo to reflect the brief and to project who we are.

What do you see a Butterfly or Hearts?

At RPNA we believe change can be beautiful, we love what we do, and we love creating results for our customers. We love to build connections with and for others, and we’re committed to change and transformation. So whether you see a butterfly – signifying transformation, or a pair of hearts – signifying love for what we do and a commitment to the people we work with…you’re right.

Strapline(s)

You'll see us using both these lines about the place. They epitomise how we think about change and about momentum.

Change can be beautiful – There is way too much negativity around change. Too much talk about how difficult it is and how nobody likes it. We don’t believe either perspective to be wholly accurate. We need a different mindset when it comes to change and growth. They can be uncomfortable for sure, but they don’t need to be perceived as difficult or unpleasant. Let’s change the narrative. Change and transformation are necessary so let’s enjoy the journey.

The future is shaped by action today – the future is not a passive spectator. The decisions we take today, the action we take, and the preparation we make for what the future holds will shape outcomes in days, weeks, months, and years to come. We adopted the origami theme for the website after considering the seemingly endless creations that a blank piece of paper can be folded and crafted into. By partnering with us, you’re not just investing in tomorrow; you’re actively shaping it.

So here we are then – the new us, yet the same us…a bit more grown up, with a little more orange.

Still RPNA, not ANPR...and still no cameras on the horizon.

Let us know what you think and check out the new website which goes live later this week.

I always thought it was because Richard wanted his name at the front. Amazing what you can learn! Proud of where we have got to - excited for the future. Only possible due to ambitious clients with the courage to want better. The future's bright... (oh - that ones been done before)!
