A new look at Microsoft’s startup years

Microsoft , the startup: For the second chapter in our Microsoft @ 50 series , GeekWire spent the past month revisiting the company’s startup years, from its 1975 founding to its 1986 IPO, seeking new insights. We interviewed former employees and others — including Microsoft’s first outside investor — dug through our own reporting archives, and found long-lost nuggets in books and historical records, with help from AI. Here’s what we learned .

亚马逊 is launching a discount storefront called “Amazon Haul” which will feature products from fashion to electronics priced at $20 and under, with shipping times from China of up to two weeks.
