New line in Excel cells - Right is actually wrong!

Did you know that the Left and Right Alt keys can behave differently?
?I have been facing this issue for quite long that pressing Alt+Enter in an Excel cell didn't take me to a new line. Every time I found an alternative way of entering the information (that would not need a new line within the same cell).
I finally resorted?to Copilot to ask simply "Alt+Enter in Excel is not taking me to a new line - can you tell me possible reasons".?
?And guess what? I got the answer (the one that solved my issue - among others): "Sometimes, using the right Alt key instead of the left one can cause issues. Try using the left Alt key along with Enter"
?All this while I had been using the right Alt key + Enter, trying to add an in-cell line break as it came naturally with the thumb and ring finger of my right hand.
It is amazing to learn how the smallest of details can make a big difference.
