We are told it is ok to -
- Add a few fake years of experience to your resume to get a job... recruiters are not duds, they know you are lying, they are only looking for confidence..
- Leave your laptop open for 8 hrs to clock in hours you did not put in... the manager knows you have not been assigned work, they just need that to pay you...
- Pin the team's failure onto one employee to "save" company's image from clients... the client manager also knows you are lying, he just needs to save his a** from his seniors...
- Get paid in cash so we dont have to pay taxes on them... the IRA knows these things happen. They let it pass because it is too small an amount...
We are told - this is what is "practical" and this is how the "world works!"
