As a corporate #employeebenefit practitioner the recommendation to have adequate #lactationsupport and #lactationconsultants really stood out to me. Do health plans need to address these services specifically and make provision outside the birthing facility? If so, is it adequate? This feels like an opportunity to support #DEI in a meaningful way, and with meaningful outcomes, within benefits.
