A New Job. A New Country. Se mer, gj?re mer, leve mer.
The last post ended with a cliffhanger. No more suspense. I've started a job at Huddly. Have you heard of Huddly? I'll wait while you google it. I guarantee you'll be hearing more about Huddly in the near future!
The Magic Leap experience left an impression. There is no doubt in my mind that the basic computing platform that we have known for the last 3+ decades is in for a massive disruption. Mobile was just the start. As Alan Kay says, "The best way to predict the future is to invent it.". There are a handful of companies that are doing just that.
Which brings me to Huddly. Imagine the possibilities when you leverage machine vision and powerful processing on the edge. I believe it completely changes things. I'll let that sink in. We can talk more about it later.
The team is awesome. I have mad respect for the ex-Tandberg guys and I have a funny story about how this team came into being. I'll share that one later too.
Huddly HQ is in Oslo with satellite offices in Palo Alto, Bangalore and now Austin, TX. I'm so happy to be a part of this uniquely capable team.
