Each day, we're faced with countless priorities, but keeping our core "why" at the forefront brings clarity.


As the managing principal of CREI Partners, my "why" is helping family and friends build generational wealth through commercial real estate syndications. To that end, I work every day to find off market deals and strategize management of our current investments. It helps keep me jamming through the process, to think about Why I am doing these things.?


But, sometimes it can lead to tough decisions: In order to pursue her personal priorities, Courtney has decided to transition away from CREI Partners to focus on raising her darling little girls and devote more time to their education, activities, and travel to Europe that she has planned this summer.
