New information = Genetic Changes?

I’m flirting with the idea of transformation and change.
This is not necessarily in a business context, but in the sense that the “death” of a pre-existing concept doesn’t always mean an actual end—it can be a rebirth or regeneration into something new.
Think about this: when you look back at photos of your younger self, how different was everything? Your thoughts, environment, relationships, and behaviors with the people around you.
I’m interested in understanding how our biology, environmental factors, and chemical or molecular changes within our bodies relate to genetic or epigenetic shifts. Consider how these things might change you.
Change is always happening from a simple mucus that might influence how our bodies evolve to a conditioned behavior that travels from generation to generation.
Scary?
I think it’s fascinating.
Have a lovely Christmas holiday.
May the new year bring the change you’re looking to make.
Best, D
