Happy to announce New identity of SPR Group -

The new identity is a mark of commitment towards SPR values.

Identity

The new inspiration of the SPR symbol comes from the family name itself. The name has been construed to the logo, and the logo to the seal, which is the tradition mark of a historical family house.

Being a family-owned business, the symbol serves as a trust. 

By using the ‘S’ as a design element, the connection between brand and trust is bridged. The arrangement of the ‘S’ is inspired by one of the most recognized and revered symbol - the Swastika.

Positioning

“Building with purpose” is a baseline that exemplifies the SPR way of conducting business. Detailed thought is inherent in every project of the Group. It may be organic gardens or multiple clubhouses;
we pursue practical examples of “Building with purpose”.

It’s not merely lifestyle/luxury, but luxury that matters, and that serves as a purpose.                

Font

The font used is ‘Chronicle’. A serif font, it combines the classical overtones with a modern outlook. 
The typeface reflects the higher standards of excellence that one associates with the SPR Group.

Brand Colour

The shade of Burgundy for the identity has been carefully chosen, to reflect the qualities of the brand.
A classic shade, it denotes a premium quality that is “timeless”. The colour also represents “stability” and “class”.

Brand Architecture

The new identity enables SPR to establish a strong connection with the product brand. While the Group pursues multiple real estate projects, it will now have a uniform identity for all of them. And this consistency of delivery, paired with the trust mark, will build a consistent and powerful brand for the years to come.
