New Hyatt Thompson Hotel Planned in Mexico
Hyatt Hotels is planning to build a Thompson-branded hotel in Mexico. The new 150-room Thompson Hotel Monterrey will be the brand’s first in the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon. The project is being developed by Visa Desarrollos and Grow2 in partnership with Hyatt, set in the San Pedro Garza Garcia commercial area of the city. The property, which will open in 2022, will be the fourth Thompson hotel in the country. Alfredo Reynoso is director of development of Mexico for Hyatt.
