The New Hunter Charles Journey

What an exciting time the past four months have been. I recently became involved in defining and planning the direction and strategy for Hunter Charles, a specialist Microsoft talent solutions brand part of the global Talent group. My role is to take our clients and candidates to an impossible place, enabling Hunter Charles to become the premier supplier for Microsoft consultants globally with professional service offerings across all Microsoft Business Solutions.

Working from our London office, I’m proud to be part of a fantastic team of people on both the Talent and Hunter Charles side. The morale, work ethic and team bond is at an all-time high despite the difficult circumstances we’ve all found ourselves in, and I’m very excited to see what the future brings.

Hunter Charles is already a leading Microsoft technologies specialist on a mission to redefine resourcing solutions, and we’ve recently been building our offerings into Europe while still keeping a big focus on the UK market. And in the summer of 2020, we’ll be launching a fresh, innovative, online brand that reflects the cutting-edge nature of our business as well as our unique brand purpose and vision – keep your eyes out for our new website, which will launch soon!

Alongside the rebrand, we’re also working on building on our current service offerings and building on our consultancy model, redefining our Statement of Work and Specialist Model under the Microsoft stack. This will include ensuring that staff are adequately trained to be specialists in their vertical, with Expert Certified Training offered to every Hunter Charles employee.

The current crisis will change many things but 2020 still holds plenty of opportunities if you know where to look! This year will also see the launch of plenty of exciting new ventures for Hunter Charles, including a brand-new podcast for the Dynamics community and an “Advocate and Ambassador Network” focused on bringing Dynamics professionals together.

In short, we have big plans for the rest of 2020. And to help us on our journey, we need the best people. We’re currently hiring for a head of Microsoft Business Solutions, and alongside this we’re also looking to attract strong consultants capable of selling consultative services to build on our previous successes both in Europe and the UK.
