How does symbiosis relate to the digital solutions within businesses, governments, and for users and their level of trust? No doubt, trust has been lost at an alarming rate in recent years. Clearly, more than ever, building trust among people with the digital solutions they are asked to use is now paramount.
Why is this particularly acute today? There are a few issues faced by both the public and private sectors. If we backtrack a few years, the tipping point for declining public digital trust started during the COVID pandemic.
In the public sector, at a time of tremendous need for up-to-date data and information, there were significant struggles to communicate clearly and quickly between governments and the people they served. Button is very excited to introduce our new Senior HR Business Partner, Charlyne Fothergill.
Charlyne is supporting us on a fractional basis and brings Button extensive experience as an HR Consultant and Startup Advisor. She is comfortable at being uncomfortable, and change and chaos is what gets her out of bed. At Lighthouse Labs she was the Founding Director of Career Services and created the programming and processes, and put the people in place to build and support Boot Camps in seven locations across Canada. She is a data-driven operator who “prides myself on my strategic thinking and ability to get sh*t done!”
