New High-precision, Low-noise IMU Enabled by Multi-sensor Technology

Epson has recently introduced a new top-tier model in their lineup of inertial measurement units (IMUs), now in full production. The M-G570PR is designed with advanced six-axis sensors, delivering high precision and low noise, all within a rugged IP67-rated enclosure that safeguards against dust and water.

Building on the solid foundation of the former, M-G370PDG, the new M-G570PR takes things a step further with Epson's unique multi-sensor technology. By integrating multiple IMUs, it enhances performance, achieving precision with a gyro bias instability of just 0.5°/h and an angle random walk of 0.04°/√h.

EPSON's M-G570PR IMU

Housed in a durable, IP67-rated metal casing, the M-G570PR is well-protected against dust and water, making it a reliable choice for tough environments. Additionally, it comes with an RS-422 serial communication interface, a standard in many industrial settings, ensuring it meets the high demands for stability and reliability across various applications.
