A NEW year, a NEW lending limit! The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) recently announced the current national lending limit for the HECM Reverse Mortgage Program is set to increase from $765,600 to $822,375.

We also have Proprietary Reverse Mortgage Loans to 4 Million.

Reverse Mortgages for Purchase and Refinance.
