New Heat Treatment Plant for ALCOMET in Bulgaria

The company Alcomet AD, a major manufacturer of aluminum products in Bulgaria, recently completed a promising project in collaboration with Gautschi Engineering GmbH, member of EBNER GROUP. The project includes the delivery and installation of a Gautschi Compact Coil Furnace, specifically designed for the heat treatment of 16t aluminum coils.

?The Gautschi Compact Coil Furnace is indirectly gas-heated. This technology ensures even heat distribution and reduces the risk of thermal damage. The combustion control system ensures optimal energy efficiency and reduced emissions, Modern Automation Systems provide central control and monitoring of all furnace functions. The specific design generates a much lower energy consumption compared to the standard single coil furnaces available on the market plus a reduced consumption of inert gas for the specific heat treatment process.

?At Alcomet, Gautschi experts supervised the installation of the furnace to ensure correct and efficient assembly. This phase also includes the integration of the furnace into Alcomet's existing production infrastructure.

?The commissioning, also accompanied by Gautschi experts, included comprehensive tests and operator training. This ensures that the furnace operates perfectly and meets the improved performance.

?The successful implementation of this project underlines the competence and innovative strength of Gautschi Engineering GmbH in the development and implementation of new industrial furnace technologies.
