My friend a really good insight but it is much deeper than this. In terms of true leadership there is much more we all need to focus our capabilities and possible gaps on. The Institute of leadership identify some 49 elements where leadership skills need to be developed. As a Lumina Spark practitioner, we too must recognise the need to change and adapt our skills, style and delivery of leadership to meet different challenges and environments.
