This is my PoV:
Both SAP Joule and Microsoft Copilot are capable of covering technical and business domains, supporting both technical development teams and business end-users in their daily activities. Joule is closely aligned with SAP products and domains, while MS Copilot is tailored for non-SAP/Microsoft domains. However, in large clients' IT estates, we often have a mix of SAP and non-SAP complex solutions.
In real-world scenarios, do you typically work with a single expert, a one-man-show, proficient in both areas? Just as with our current virtual assistants, relying on a single individual may not suffice. We wouldn't want to miss out on leveraging the strengths of both sides.
