Introducing Custom Metadata Fields, the New Asset Library Grid View, and Color Filtering

Hi there,

We've built Custom Metadata Fields to enhance the usability and circulation of creative assets, fostering a smoother workflow. Browsing and filtering assets is now faster with the new Grid View and Color Filtering.

Add Clarity to your Creatives with Custom Metadata

Link files, media specs, expiration dates, and more to any asset

Make your materials more comprehensible by attaching relevant PDFs, URLs, expiration dates, or custom tags. All the fields you've previously used in Databases are now available as Custom Metadata for any creative asset.

Here's how to add Custom Metadata

→ Navigate to your Asset Library

→ Double-click on your desired asset

→ Access Metadata by clicking on the small "i" icon

Get Organized with the new Grid View

An alternative way to browse and sort creatives

Now you have the flexibility to browse assets in either the Gallery view or the Grid view. To switch to the Grid view, click the Grid icon located at the top of the Asset view, just below the search bar.

New Shades in Our Filtering Palette

Use HEX codes to filter assets, or hand-pick any color yourself

The Color Filtering works for both images and video thumbnails. You can combine the filter with other filters or grouping.
