I hope your year is off to a great start! January has been a whirlwind for us—our team had a fantastic time at NRF's Big Show in New York, where we connected?with retail pros from across the country.?
We also had the chance to visit some wonderful customers in Missouri, where we received valuable feedback (thank you!).
Looking ahead, we’ll be attending the WFM in Fast Casual and QSR?Summit in Dallax, TX, (hosted by IndustryNow ) from?February 4-5. I'll be hosting a workshop there to help attendees build a strong employer culture.
After Dallas, we’ll be heading to Las Vegas for The NGA Show from February 23-25, where we look forward to sharing even more exciting updates and innovations.

Important Updates to TimeForge
New: Break Punches in Employee Attestations
What's new: For locations with employee attestations enabled, employees will now see any changes their managers made to their break punches. Employees will be prompted to approve those changes prior to clocking in.
Why it matters: This update improves employee visibility of manager changes to their punches and satisfies regulatory requirements in certain high-compliance areas. It ensures that managers and staff are on the same page about hours worked, which can prevent costly?lawsuits.
Next steps: This feature is live and included in most TimeForge plans, but it must be enabled prior to use.?Need to enable attestations for your business? Let us know.
New Advanced Reports for Budgeted Labor Hours
What's new: We've introduced 3 new advanced reports to help managers better understand how their projections and actual labor hours compare to their budgeted labor.
Why it matters: With costs on the rise, it's more important than ever for business owners and operators to understand the relationship between their budget, predicted labor needs, and actual labor expenses. These new reports not only allow managers to review past weeks but help them pivot mid-week to stay on target.
Next steps: These reports are automatically enabled for all new accounts. If you don't see them listed, simply?contact us, and we'll enable them for you.
