In this video, if you're not familiar with PEN and if you are familiar with PEN, I'm going to share with you some amazing features which we are bringing to PEN. This will actually change your journey, property journey, absolutely forever. Being able to find investors just becomes so much more easier with PEN.

Finding even deals. Again, becomes so much more easier with PEN. Even looking for more builders, architects, planners, consultants, and so on and so forth. Or if you're not familiar with PEN, then you can go and visit the website. It will literally help you find investors. Um, also help you find deals. It'll also help you find, like I said, uh, all sorts of property professionals that you can actually not just find, but rate them on the platform as well. You can [00:01:00] even create your own, uh, profile page like you, for example, do on other social media platforms, uh, which will allow people to go and see your profile there as well.

Uh, you can choose, choose from multiple options, either you're an investor developer, you're an agent, uh, or you're. Let's say you're an architect or a planner, you can create a profile for yourself and choose the category that's relevant to you and literally covers every single category that is available or that is there in a, in a property space.

Uh, it also gives you the option. For example, if you're a supplier of certain product or service, you can actually create a profile. It gives you the option to choose from in the first place. But here's something that we are bringing. Absolutely new to the platform, which will, like I said, will change your life forever, which is now you're able to not just connect like you do on other social media platforms with other investors, developers, agents, and so on and so forth with all sorts of professionals.

Not just that you can connect, but you can also send personal [00:02:00] messages to people, right? Like I said, the network in and itself is about 100, 000 people.
