New features in the "GBT Chat" application for iPhone

OpenAI, the developer of the popular artificial intelligence chat software, ChatGPT, recently launched the ChatGPT app for Apple's iOS operating system. (Apple).

The company added that subscribers of ChatGPT Plus on iOS will benefit exclusively from GPT-4 capabilities, early access to features and faster response times.

Earlier in February, OpenAI launched a trial subscription plan for the popular AI-powered chat program called "GBT Chat Plus" for $20 per month.

The company said it has begun rolling it out to iOS in the US and will expand to other countries in the coming weeks.

The most prominent new features in the application

According to the official announcement, the application is only available to users within the United States, but the editor of a technology page on Al Jazeera Net tried to download the application from the Apple Store in Qatar and it was very easy, and we do not know if it is available in other countries or not.

When you enter the application, you notice that it is easy to use, and you can find all the files of your previous conversations that you created on the program by going to the three dots icon located at the top right of the screen, and when you click on it, a simple menu will appear with 3 sections:

• History, which is the section that saves your previous files.
• Settings, which is the program settings section, whether to change personal information or modify application-specific preferences.
• The icon for opening a new chat, which is in the form of a "+" with the word "New Chat" next to it.

The user who has a monthly subscription to GPT Chat Plus can choose between building the new conversation using the new version of GPT Chat, which is GPT-4, or the older version, which is GPT-3.5. This is through the upper part of the screen, which shows the name of the two versions.
