Govstack CMS Upgrades

Our team is hard at work ensuring that the Govstack platform continues to evolve to keep pace with technology and the needs of our customers. We are excited to announce the addition of our recent updates.

Since its debut, the?Govstack CMS?has been a big hit with our clients, mainly due to the degree of content control it puts in the hands of users. It has eliminated the need for coding knowledge and third-party intervention for routine changes. It has also allowed for more streamlined navigation, making it easier for residents to find what they need. With these two additions, the Govstack CMS is now better than ever!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of CMS 1.5 with enhanced content workflows. This addition will streamline content management by allowing administrators to set up content approval workflows where they can assign roles and permissions for content creators and approvers. They will also be able to designate specific users as creators, editors, and approvers, ensuring that the content your municipality publishes is polished, accurate, and always on-message.

Our second update is the addition of Subscriber Search, a subset of a more robust Subscription Management solution that will be coming to the platform soon. This module provides a centralized location within Govstack to view, filter, and export subscribers. It can also integrate with other Govstack modules as needed. Administrators can query, filter or sort by specific user, subscription type, category, and search within a date range. This will help improve your understanding of the interests of your municipal residents, so that you can more accurately tailor your services to suit their needs. Additionally, you can access, and export subscribers lists for a better understanding of who is subscribing and to which categories. You will also be able to quickly obtain subscriber lists based on specific news feeds and troubleshoot subscription inquiries to provide visitors with confirmation regarding their subscriptions.
