New Express Pathway Launched

Mycareerpath.ie has been helping learners find the path to fulfilling their career ambitions since April 2022. During this time we have been working with our Career and Learning Pathway advisors to understand how we can enhance our service to better meet the needs of all types of learners.

Based on the feedback we received we have developed a new 'Express Pathway', for those learners who understand their career and learning needs but would like some support and reassurance as they decide their next course of study.

This pathway brings learners through a developmental programme to maximise their skills, knowledge and experience and support their career needs.

The process, detailed below, is a focused experience which will help learners hone in on the training they require, and finesse their CV and Interview skills, so that they have the confidence to pursue career opportunities when they arise.

The Process

• Self-discovery: Understanding your strengths, education, experience, achievements, possibilities and gain access to free online resources to help build your self-confidence.
• Reflecting: On your strengths (using Career Edge+ report), interests, motivations, learning styles and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
• Supporting: One-to-one mentoring to help you develop a plan with advice on courses to suit your career goals, including identifying any gaps in your skills, education or experience.
