Personal Development Retreat Day with Horses and Seasonal Lunch
Join us for an equine-assisted personal development experience in Surrey on 20 September 2024. This mini retreat will include a two-hour equine-assisted personal development group session, followed by a rustic feasting lunch.
The experience will be run by Rosalie Millard-Evans, managing director of LeadChange. Rosalie is?a Chartered Psychologist, has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and qualifications in a range of coaching techniques. She has built a global reputation for delivering high-quality leadership development and travels all over the world to deliver equine-assisted courses.
After an interactive, on-the-ground experience with the horses, we will head back to the barn for a delicious feasting lunch curated and prepared by Emily Crocker, Founder of Stories Food. Emily trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine following a career change from journalism, where she first discovered her love of telling the stories of others.
Emily is passionate about how the simple act of sharing a meal transcends all the things that make humans different. It’s a way of showing love, an opportunity to spark conversation, learn, grow, connect.?
Horses may not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about personal or leadership development, but this approach is a game-changing way to explore personal impact and develop emotional awareness.
