New ERP for SaaS

Thank you all for the warm welcome and congratulations on my recent announcement about joining Everest Systems!?

Many of you have asked what Everest Systems does, so I wanted to share a little bit more about this exciting venture.

In a nutshell, Everest Systems provides a new ERP application designed specifically for SaaS companies. We understand the unique challenges that SaaS businesses face, and our solution is built to address them head-on:

Core Accounting for the Subscription Model: With subscriptions as the cornerstone of SaaS, our ERP ensures seamless management of these contracts.

Cloud Cost Management: Understanding that cloud margins can make or break a SaaS business, our ERP includes a built-in module to actively manage cloud costs and control consumption of Hyperscaler services and other 3rd party Cloud expenses.

CRM Integration: For a SaaS company, a disconnect between Sales and Finance can be toxic. The agility of the business asks for a seamless integration, back and forth. We have developed our own package for Salesforce that runs in the Salesforce application, allowing - for example- for a deal-by-deal synch between Salesforce and Everest. No more data gap of days, weeks, or months.

Integrated Ecosystem: We offer seamless integration with banking, billing, payment, and payroll systems, streamlining your operations.

People-Centric HR: SaaS companies thrive on talent, and our robust, integrated HR functionalities help manage and nurture this crucial asset.

This is built on a new foundation, a “Business Operating System”, leveraging the native mechanisms to deploy, scale, and operate software in the Cloud. It also augments key platform capabilities, driven by the demand of ERP. Most notably the introduction of the leading version control concept (“Git”) to the world of ERP, allowing for a tightly managed yet flexible extension and development framework that has proven to scale to large ecosystems. We call this the Sandboxing Concept. Lastly, the technology used is perfectly suited to exploit the massive development of Generative AI. We can already see that significant portions of the apps and business capabilities code can be generated by AI.?We are giving this into the hands customers and partners too.
