As we celebrated International UN Women,s day last Thursday, let us continue to navigate a new era of diversification and gender equality. The World Economic Forum report on the global gender gap revealed that it would take 217 years to achieve equality in the workplace. We can build solid foundations for women in the workplace, marketplace and community NOW. The tide has to turn. A change of mindset and education is critical. Let us build progressive environments where women's presence and success is the norm.
